Virtus Athletic Development programs are designed to give individual and team sport athlete a chance to grow and improve outside of their sport. We want to help you prepare to perform in and out of season to create a stronger, faster, more resilient athlete.

Our programs and performance seminars are put together with individualisation in mind. Whether you are looking for individual sessions, training blocks or long term athletic development, we can modify the program or session to your wants, needs and budget.


At Virtus, your experience is tailored to you. Your first step in your Virtus Experience, is our no obligation, free introduction session. Followed by 3 x 1-on-1 Onboarding Sessions. ($250.00) We want to see you succeed long term. So we take our time progressing you to our classes or coaching. In those sessions we touch on your movement capacity, goal setting, and a whole lot more. We want to get to know you. Your training & injury history and how you move. We also want to get to know you, and how awesome you are outside the gym environment.

Athletic Development = $50/85/110, for 1, 2 or unlimited* coaching sessions. Private Coaching = Starting at $90 Per session, by application only. We also have a range of Allied Health options available: Sports Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Myotherapy, Dietetics & Yoga
