Virtus onboarding

Your first step in joining Virtus is your Onboarding sessions.

This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. We will learn more about your goals, undergo a movement screen and educate you on our principles of training.

You’ll spend time with our Performance Coaches across 5 x 60 minute sessions.

In these sessions, you will learn how your body works, set goals and prepare yourself to get stuck into doing great things on the gym floor.

These sessions can be booked whenever suits you, give us a call or hit the button below.
