Intro + Onboarding Process
The first step on your Virtus journey is our Introduction Session. This no-obligation, free catch up is a chance for us to get to know you, and for you to get to know us; Virtus, the Virtus Family, and how we work.
Following this, you will dive into 3 One-on-One Sessions (our Onboarding Process), designed to create a plan to get you from where you are now, to where you want to be.
We take a detailed, objective look at where you’re at in order to understand how we can help. These sessions include:

A Functional Movement Screen (to assess how well how you move) A

Lifestyle screen (that looks at lifestyle factors, such as nutrition, sleep, stress and recovery)

Comprehensive goal setting

A discussion around your current training, lifestyle and injury history .
From here, based on our recommendations of what you need and your goals, you can decide whether you want to join our VGT, VAD or Online memberships.

With structured programming and 18 weekly sessions, you’ll feel like the programs are written just for you. Programmed in monthly blocks, the training is designed to help you get the most out of your time in the gym.
You’ll have access to 6am, 10am and 4pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 6am, 6pm and 7pm Tuesday and Thursday and an 8am session on Saturday. To discuss your options, hit this link. We also open the gym to our VGT crew on Sunday Mornings. or to see our timetable click here.
Our Virtus Athletic Development (VAD) Program is designed to give individual and team sport athlete a chance to grow and improve outside of their sport. We want to help you prepare to perform in and out of season to create a stronger, faster, more resilient athlete.
The program is timetabled in 12 weekly shifts. Our athletes are required to pre-book in their sessions for the week by Sunday night. There are options for unlimited training, 2 sessions or 1 session per week.
The shift times are 7-10am, 3-4pm and 5-8pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and 7-11am and 3-6pm Tuesday and Thursday. On Saturday 9-11 and Sunday 8-11. To discuss your options, hit this link. or to see our timetable click here.
