Private Coaching Sessions

Alongside our VGT & VAD Coaching programs, we also offer 1 on 1 private coaching. These sessions exist to help you clearly define what you need to do to achieve your goals..
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, we offer tailored programs to suit your unique needs and abilities.
Our coaches have the expertise to create a program that focuses on what YOU want to achieve while working collaboratively to figure out what you need to do to get there. Whether you want to improve your overall health, get stronger, improve technique or improve your specific sport or discipline. During your private sessions, you’ll receive 1 on 1 attention and guidance from your coach, ensuring proper form and technique execution to maximise results.
