Standards.

 

I unapologetically hold myself to a high standard.

That is reflected on my staff, clients and everyone around me.

Here’s the thing, these standards don’t mean I don’t fail or that I meet them every day.

It means that when that happens, I don’t just blow it off and drop my standards.

I pick myself up, dust myself off and make sure that I hit the standard the next day, and then the next.

Soon enough, these high standards become your new baseline.

My advice, focus on the thousands of inputs rather than the single result or outcome.
