First of all, congratulations, bravo, any words for the camera?
I wouldn’t have all of these achievements from this year without the help of Virtus/ coach Mitch Rowe. It means a lot and I’m so excited to see what I can achieve in the future.
How has your decision to join Virtus improved your life?
My whole motivation for the sport has changed. I am constantly building my body and mind up with so much strength, health and well-being. I am feeling so much better within myself as an individual by constantly training.
What do you enjoy most about your training at Virtus?
Seeing the results in myself and the amazing support and encouragement all the coaches/ members provide.
What are the habits that you have adopted since joining Virtus?
Building my knowledge on health and fitness and the way in which training can change your body for the better.
What helps keep you on track with your goals?
Constant support and encouragement from family, coaches, team members and friends.
What is one thing you have learnt since joining Virtus that has changed your life?
That anything is possible. Treat yourself with respect and the achievements will come eventually.
What was your first impression of Virtus Performance?
Different to any gym I have ever seen; but the staff are full of energy and welcoming from the time you step into the door to the time you walk out.
What are you most excited about achieving in the next few months?
Working towards and preparing for my performance at the Stawell in Easter. And running the best I possibly can.
What advice would you have for someone thinking of joining the Virtus Family?
You will change your life for the better and show yourself you can do anything you wish to achieve with the help of others that are passionate in assisting you.
