We’re all here to get better. To make progress.
Progress doesn’t happen by accident. Progress happens when you align your actions with the things you want to achieve and who you want to be. Progress happens when you know what winning looks like and what you need to do daily to move towards your goal.

Virtus is built on better. The pursuit of excellence. Excellence isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up, smiling and doing your best consistently. Knowing that good things take time, and all the best things come from compound interest. A commitment to excellence, to better, guarantees progress.

You’ll have days when you’re on top of the world, days when you don’t want to get out of bed and everything in between. But your commitment to growth and development, your commitment to BETTER will help you become the kind of person who consistently shows up and does their best.

4 STEPS TO BETTER (Outcome, Process, Identity)

  1. Choose Your Better: What does winning look like? What do you want? Why is this important to you?
    is it Stronger? Faster? Fitter? More Consistent? Stillness? Healthier? Happier?
    Align it with a measurable outcome. Eg. Consistency = 4 Sessions Per week

  2. Identify Two Daily Actions
    What are two things that will move you towards your better?
    Eg. Consistency: What will help you show up for your sessions?
    – 8 hours Sleep – Do you need a sleep routine?
    – 3 Litres of Water – Do you need a new water bottle or a glass on your desk?

  3. Show up Daily.
    Do the things that a (insert your better here) consistent person would do. Prove to yourself that you are that person.

  4. Ask for help

    Enlist your allies for support. Our team and community exist to help you get from where you are now, to where you want to be. Whether it be to help you identify your actions, illustrate the stepping stones on your path to better, or simply hold you accountable to doing what you said you would do.

You’re not going to be perfect. Just show up, smile and do your best.
For best results, reassess your better every 3 months. Adjust your dailies often. Keep levelling up.

For me, the meaning of life is enjoyment and adaptation. To be growing and loving the process, that’s what it’s all about, our team exists to help you get there.
