How to Enjoy Our Onboarding Sessions

People tend to believe that gym “induction” sessions are complex and intimidating experiences. At Virtus, nothing could be further from the truth. 

Our intro sessions are a pivotal first step on your journey with us. It is a way for us to get to know you, what you want to get out of your training and where you are currently at!


Here are a few ways to get the most out of your first sessions with us:

  • Don’t be afraid of being new… even the pros need a refresher! Everyone has to start somewhere. We have designed the sessions to make you as comfortable as possible and so that you will enjoy the process.

  • Be prepared. Ensure that you are dressed appropriately, eat a meal before the session and bring a water bottle. Set yourself up for success to get the most out of the session.

  • Come in with a beginners mind. We love questions. The sessions are an opportunity for us to get to know you, but we also want you to get to know us. If there’s anything that you are not sure or curious about, we are here to help.
