TELL US A LITTLE BIT (A LOT) ABOUT YOURSELF:
I am 23, love dogs so so much they bring me so much joy!! I love running, I ran my first full marathon last year and was so sure I’d never do another one again, but it’s kinda addictive the excitement and achieving something you thought you couldn’t! Huuuge fan of summer, the beach and a novice surfer but I still attempt to try because it’s a lot of fun. Love moving my body in lots of different ways (running, pilates, yoga, bike rides, circuit training and hikes) big choccy addict, can’t go a day without smashed avocado on toast or a choc PB smoothie. I also have a really loud laugh… sorry for anyone’s ears I hurt along the way. Oh and I’m a Carlton fan, also loveee a good sunrise or sunset
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TO SPEND 12 WEEKS WITH THE VIRTUS FAMILY?
Virtus stood out to me because of their unique approach to movement, the sense of community that it aims to achieve and the support that the program offers. The hands on approach was something I seeked and diving further out of my comfort zone was something I could see myself achieving with the Virtus family.
WHAT MOTIVATES YOU?
In terms of moving my body, the feeling is what motivates me. More broadly, the idea of always improving or bettering myself is what inspires me.
WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS AS A PERSON?
I like to think I am a kind, easy going person who genuinely really loves to get to know people and their life.
WHAT ARE YOUR BIGGEST STRETCHES AS A PERSON AND AS A COACH?
I often second guess myself and what I know. In terms of coaching, if I see something that I might not think is right or could be adjusted better, I struggle to back myself in those situations.
