Life can be pretty tough sometimes.
Work, family, health, friends, usually one of these areas has something going on, a hurdle to overcome or a crisis to work through.
Anxiety, frustration, anger and contempt can all be the emotions we revert to when these situations are at hand.
If we can cause a slight shift in our mindset and change the story we tell ourselves. We can face these problems with an understanding that everything will be okay in the end. Anxiety can be switched for excitement, anger can be traded in for compassion.
When there is a mountain to climb, the best way to conquer it is with a smile on your face and gratitude in your heart.
