For you to win, somebody else does not have to lose.
Gone are the days that we have to fight over scraps to stay alive and stay in business.
We live in a world that is more connected than ever, and there is a plethora of opportunities to add value to all those around us.
When our focus is extended outside our locus of control, that is, on others and what they are doing. We cease to pay attention to how we can improve ourselves. Our evolution becomes stagnant and we stop contributing with the best version of ourselves.
Our focus must be collaboration over competition. That is to remain dedicated to what is within our locus of control. Doing good work, improving our thing and then working out ways to collaborate with others doing the same.
How can we build each other up to create an win-win situation for all?
At the end of the day, the world becomes better when we do two things. Improve ourselves to our edges, and help others do the same.
If we want to go fast, we go alone. If we want to go far, let’s go together.
I want to see us go as far as we possibly can.
